I have 2 books on my shelf by Denis Cotter. They are marked as indexed but only one is. 
Cafe Paradiso Seasons. Vegetarian cooking season by season is not ?

Apologies, your edition of Cafe Paradiso Seasons had an error in the way it was linked to the indexed edition. I have now corrected it and it is displaying the recipe index. I had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant (when I was at LitFest at Ballymaloe one year). I'm glad to see it is still going strong.

Thank-you for sorting that out. I've had the books a long time. They were my first vegetarian books 😀
