Foodbear - Thank you for bringing this to our attention. When we receive the pdfs of books to begin indexing - I always ask if it is the "final" version of the book. For this title especially as we received it fairly early - I confirmed it was final (but apparently it was not). Nevertheless, I took my print copy and went through and rearranged the page numbers and sort order. I'm not sure if you are in the UK or US - but could take a quick look at these two recipes below:
Calcultta-style noodles (Mushroom hakka chow) (p 260)
Calcutta haka chilli chicken (p 262)
Are the titles correct - originally the indexer had Indo-Chinese style noodles - and I wonder if the publisher changed the recipe title to Calcutta (or if that is just for the US version). Let me know please and I'll check this thread if the titles are indeed Indo-Chinese - I'll change back - and if I have the recipe titles correct as shown - we should be good.
