I’m a big fan of listening to “The Food Lab” on Audible when I’m having trouble sleeping. Something about listening to him drone on about scrambled egg methods does enough to distract me from the frustrations of the day without stimulating me too much and I am sound asleep before the end of the sleep timer.
Does anyone have other audiobook recommendations? I just realized the “Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat” is available as an audiobook. A physical copy has been sitting unread on my shelf for months now. I’ll try that next.
