Is it possible to search for a recipe or ingredient by just one author? For example, I’ve recently wanted to search whether Dorie Greenspan has a Quiche Lorraine recipe and find the right book for that fennel I love by Deborah Madison. Thanks!

You add the author name in the search box e.g. "Dorie Greenspan" or "Deborah Madison" alongside your other search criteria. Then you will just see that author's recipes.

I should have worked that out but hadn't. I just tried (complete with quotes)


"Fuchsia Dunlop" "pork belly"


And the search returned 24 recipes; this is particularly useful with her books as there's often a detailed version of a recipe (e.g. red-braised pork, Hong shao rou) in one of her books (in this case Revolutionary Chinese Cook Book) and a simpler version in Every Grain of Rice
