Hi, I'm not sure why but since you have moved over to hosting your giveaways on Rafflecopter I can't enter them! Whenever I click on a link it just takes me though to a page where I can pay to host my own giveaways on Rafflecopter which I'm pretty sure isn't what is supposed to happen!!

I have no idea why it's not working on my browser, it's just standard IE on a work-issue laptop but if there is anything you can suggest I'd love to be able to enter the competitions again!

Helen - there are a few reasons you may be having an issue (which hasn't been reported by any other EYB members).

• Are you signed in?


• Are you clicking on the individual entry options - Comment, Like EYB on Facebook, Follow EYB on Twitter, etc?


• Have you tried doing a hard refresh of the Giveaways page in case your browser has become stuck?  For a PC this is CTRL F5


• Have you tried accessing the Giveways on a different computer or browser?

I accessed the Giveaways on IE and could not replicate your issue.  Could you take a screenshot of what you see and send us the sequence of clicks you make to get to the Rafflecopter page? Email them to us at [email protected] and we will try to work out why you are having this issue.

I ma signed in, I don't get any individual entry options, just taken directly to the Rafflecopter page described below, I have tried refreshing the page using CTRL + F5 but I've nto tried a different computer just becuase I don't really want to have to go to ask a firend to invite me round to their house to enter an online giveaway! I'll send a screenshot over now.
