When I do a search of all my books for recipes with certain ingredients, I get a list of recipes and the cookbooks that they are in, but I don't see anything to indicate where that particular cookbook is located.  (Sometimes I don't want to search a specific location, but would like to know where the recipes are.)  Can you help?

We'll have to give this one some serious thought (which my tired brain at 11:45pm on a Saturday night is not responding well to).  Your locations are part of bookmarks for your books and so are displayed in any book results.  Your bookmarks for recipes are completely different.  You wouldn't want all your books bookmarks to display for every recipe in your recipe search results, would you?  You can see the location of the book by clicking the book title and looking at the bookmarks under the book cover image.  Then click the back button which will take you back to where you were in the search results.  Would that be a good enough solution for you or do you want the location of the book appearing for every recipe?  If so, how do we separate locations as bookmarks from all the other bookmarks for books?  I think this is one for the morning with a more alert brain!

I'm not sure I understand......for instance, I searched for "poblano pepper" recipes, and came up with 21 recipes.  The first recipe is from Cooking Light Annual Recipes 2006, but when I click on the recipe, I do not get an image of the book cover, and I have no bookmarks for this.  I do not see how I can get the Location of this book, either in the initial search or when I click on the individual recipe.  On your old search function, the location of the book was listed underneath the title of the book and the recipe.

The bookmarks for books and recipes are quite different - if you click on Bookmarks in the left navigation you will see two tabs for Recipes and Books and under each is a list of the bookmarks you have created and what you have assigned to each.  The locations you have created are assigned to the books so if you want to see the location of a recipe in a book you click the book title, then you would see any bookmarks under the book cover image.  If you don't see anything that is because you have not assigned bookmarks to this book.

There are some book cover images missing on the book details page which may seem odd when there is an image on the search results page.  This is because search results uses a small image whereas book details is large.  We are missing some large images from our supplier but we are working on finding an alternative source.  We can't just increase the size of the small images as the quality would be poor.

All of my books have been assigned a Location. Most of them do not have bookmarks because I have not been using this system very long. All I want is to know the LOCATION of each book, without searching each location separately.

I believe Locations are no longer separate in the new version. They are now bookmarks. So if you had a book in your living room, you would have a "living room" bookmark and add that bookmark to all of your books in that location. And I think what Jane was saying (please correct me if I'm wrong Jane) is that if you want to see the location of the book a particular recipe is in, you have to click the title of the book. You can't see bookmarks associated with books when you are searching recipes. I could be wrong about this interpretation of Jane's explanation, but that's my understanding of the matter. I hope I was able to help a little!

Thanks, Bonnie, for your explanation of the new way to show Locations. I see what I must do now.
