I'm just curious - how long does it take to get approved to Index a book?  I have requested to index one a few days ago but haven't received any confirmation regarding it.   I know a lot happens behind the scenes so figure it might be in a queue somewhere, but just curious how long before I can get started - its a beast of a book. ;)  

Your request should have been approved much sooner than this - I've now done it so you can see the book by clicking the Indexing link under My Bookshelf.  Usually a request will get approved the same day so Deborah, our Data Manager, who oversees all indexing on the site, must be overloaded right now.
