No problem, Jane. I had a feeling that would be the case, and I completely understan it's the publishers, only... I can't help thinking US publishers are missing a trick. We Brits do love our cookbooks, and it's fascinating to see how big British authors (Ottolenghi, Jamie Oliver, Nigella etc) are in the US, while there's very few books coming the other way, and certainly not to the same extent.
Anyway, that's a discussion for another day.
