I recently ran across a recipe that called for this spice blend, Vegetable Magic, from Paul Prudhomme.  I've never used it and I'm wondering if any of you have and what you think of it.  I can only find it for sale online in a 24 oz. container which seems huge for a spice blend.  I'm not sure that I want to buy that much of an unknown product.

I notice that Amazon also has a 2 ounce size.

You can get it from Paul Prudhomme's web site.


There are also copycat recipes for it if you search.
