We are currently working on responsive design which means that the full site can be viewed on any device. About 25% of traffic comes to the site using a mobile device and another 25% using a tablet so we want those visitors to have the best viewing experience with the full features of the site.
Because the responsive design will require a redesign of the existing pages we would like your feedback on ways you think your user experience on EYB could be improved. Anything that has bugged you? Any process that you think could be smoother?
We aren't asking for feedback on new features (though we are always interested in hearing those suggestions, either here in the Forum or by email to [email protected]). For this development project we want to know what we could improve on the functionality of the existing site.
