kfrench3232, the reason you couldn't add those Cook's Illustrated recipes using the Bookmarklet is because there is a paywall on that site that restricts access to subscribers, and EYB's policy is to not link to subscriber-only sites. (Although the automated message only refers to aggregator sites, the system also blocks paywall sites.) You're welcome to add those Cook's Ill. recipes as Personal Recipes, which aren't restricted in any way.
EYB does index every issue of Cook's Illustrated magazine -- in fact, our coverage goes back through 2011 -- but unfortunately we don't link to the online versions of the print magazine recipes, nor can we cover the CI site like a blog, again because of the paywall.
