A newbie question for everyone :)


 


How can I search for any Private Notes I've added?


 


As far as I can see only Public Notes are listed under my Profile > Notes.


 


Also, it would be useful if Profile > Notes had a Sort By function, same as on the other tabs in my Profile.

That is a bug - odd that it has never come up before.  You should be able to see your Personal notes on your Profile page Notes tab.  We are planning to add an extra Notes tab to both My Bookshelf and the Library and that will then be sortable by recipe title, author, etc.  We will make sure we get the Personal notes included at that time.

That's really good news, Jane.  I noticed about a year ago (while looking for one) that the private Notes didn't show up in the list that comes up under my profile, but never brought it up, assuming it was meant to work that way for some reason.

Oh, I see.... Is there a timeframe for when the bug will be fixed?

Sorry, no timeframe as we have a big development project on right now.  But it will get done as part of the upgrade of the Notes feature.

Thanks Jane. Think I will either unlock my notes or add a bookmark, otherwise I won't be able to find them :)

I've just realised that Notes I've added to my Personal Recipes do not appear in the Notes tab list in my Profile either :(
