Having to Log in Each Session via iPad   Go to last post Go to last unread

For the past week each time I go to use EYB on my iPad 2 I have to log in.  This happened 3 times yesterday.  I'm wondering whether anyone else is experiencing this issue?


I am not having the same problem on my macbook.

We haven't heard from anyone else that they are having this issue so we would appreciate it if anyone who uses EYB on an iPad could post here.


I did some research online and it looks like there may be a bug with iOS 7.  What version of iOS do you have on your iPad?  The consensus I found on the Apple forum was to use Chrome as your browser on iPad rather than Safari and you should no longer have the problem.  The other suggested solution is to turn off Private Browsing in your settings.  


Please do let us know if either of these work.

I don't have the problem described. I'm running safari on iOS 8.4.1.

I have 7.1.1 on my ipad. No problems.

I'm on 8.4.1 now and I also have this issue periodically with my IPad, including recently when Breadcrumbs also had problems. But it isn't limited to this site, so I assume it is a browser issue rather than an EYB issue.
