To enter the cookbook giveaway the site says you need to be logged in to Rafflecopter. I cannot figure out how to log in to Rafflecopter! How do you do that???

For each competition there is a box with how many days are left, a picture of the book and then beneath that it says:  "Log in using Facebook" or "Use your email".  Click on one of those and follow any further steps and then you are logged into Rafflecopter.

I see that but for me there is no Log In option. I am logged in to EYB. I was able to enter one time using my EYB login. But cannot enter via the other method?!?!

You may already be logged into Rafflecopter if it doesn't have the log in options.  I don't find it very intuitive and, as a result, rarely enter any of these raffles.

I'm wondering if your browser is causing you to see something different than I see as it is very simple to enter a Rafflecopter contest. In the image below you will see an option "Be an EYB member" - click that, enter your username in the text box and click Enter. That is one entry to the contest.

The option below that is "Leave a blog post comment". Add a comment to the post by clicking Comments at the top under the post title, then click that option in the Rafflecopter box and click "I commented". You now have made two entries to the contest and have unlocked the option of other entries using social media.

Ah - thank you. Finally got it! I would comment but then that added entry would not be added. Finally, somehow, it worked! I think I got it going on now! Thanks to all for the help!!!!!

Really bemused by the Rafflecopter thing.  I am logged in, but I can't find any way of writing the comment to say which recipe I would choose.  I have been trying to work it out for a while and have read this thread!  Edit: have now managed to write my comment, but can't find the button to say I commented!!

jtrewhella - adding a comment is one part of the entry. You do that by clicking the comments at the top under the post title. That takes you to the comments other members have made - scroll to the bottom and there is a text box to enter your own comment. Then click Submit. Now you need to register on Rafflecopter that you made a comment - you do this by clicking "Leave a blog post comment" in the Rafflecopter box, then click the box at bottom right saying I Commented. The reason for this is that all entries are registered on Rafflecopter and we do a random selection of the winners from those entries once the contest closes. If you just comment without registering the comment on Rafflecopter then you will not have an entry.

Leave a blog post comment is greyed out - I can see it but it won't let me click on it.  It shows '+4' on it - does that mean anything? I'm on Safari.

Good question PennyG! I have wondered the same thing about my Pinterest ID

jtrewhella - I'm not sure why you are seeing +4 against blog post comments as it should be +2. But if it is greyed out that is because you have already logged that entry. If you want me to check, let me know which contest it is.

PennyG and anightowl - Jenny, who manages all our contests says "It doesn't matter what Pinterest user name you use - the link to the pin is automatically processed and I can verify the entry through there." And don't sign up for Twitter just to do EYB entries - we now only have one entry per month through a Tweet. There is no point in doing more as it can't be added to the Rafflecopter form more than once.
