Is there a way to filter books and recipe filters simultaneously? For example, if I want to search all the "I want to make this" recipes in a specified grouping of books, how do I do that?

I was wondering something similar - if I look at the recipe list for a specific book the new "I want to cook this" bookmark doesn't appear in the dropdown list of bookmarks, so I can't see all the recipes I want to cook just from that book.

You cannot use both the book and recipe bookmarks simultaneously. FJT - you should be able to see your 'I Want to Cook This' bookmarks for any selected book. You do need to first click "Search this book for Recipes" under the book Recipes tab. That takes you to search and your book and recipe Bookmarks appear on the right.

Jane, when I look at the list of recipes for a specific book on my bookshelf, there is a bookmark dropdown box on the right hand side of the screen and, as you say, that box doesn't contain recipe bookmarks. When I click on "Search this book for Recipes" there is no option to search recipe bookmarks either.  The only options there are three sections headed: 

- Only Show

- Filter By

- Browse

Apologies - you would think I wouldn't make a mistake like that after all these years working on EYB! When you click "Search this book for recipes" you are in the Library, where your Bookmarks are not available. To see your own Bookmarks you need to search on your Bookshelf. So go to My Bookshelf, Recipes tab and enter the book title in the search box - put it in speech/quotation marks for accuracy. Now you will see your bookmark filters on the right side.

The penny finally dropped and I got what you were saying, Jane.  Thanks for the explanation!

Is the simultaneous book and recipe bookmark search something that can be added or is it not possible on this system? I would find it very useful as a I have grouped some of my books by location.
