Hello

I really liked the idea of the new feature with the "I want to cook this" and "I have cooked this" and started using it immediately. However each time I bookmark something "I want to cook this" it creates an empty note (which by default is personal).

This is really annoying, I don't want to create a note, I want to cook this suffices! And also when I go in my notes I have all those empty ones.

Is there something I have missed or not using properly? Or is it something that will be fixed later maybe?

Agaiillard - as noted on other threads in the Forum on this topic, this is a bug and it is currently being fixed. The fix should go live within the next couple of days.

Is there any update on when this will be fixed? It no longer shows these empty notes when I view the page of all my notes from my profile page, but they all come up when I view a particular book. Which is pretty annoying when I've marked a dozen or more recipes as "want to cook" in a particular book and these empty private notes basically take over that book's notes page. Or when I view the Notes/Reviews page under the "My Bookshelf" dropdown, as all these empty notes still appear there as well.

Last post referring to this is from a month ago (I searched the rest of the forum as well but maybe I missed something). Any word since then? Hoping this hasn't slipped through the cracks.

The fix is now up on the site. And empty notes that had been created in the past when adding the 'I Want to Cook This' bookmark have been removed.

This still seems to be happening. Again, they don't show when I view the full page of my notes from my profile, but they're visible on each book's page. I'm very hesitant to mark so many recipes as "want to cook" now, since the book pages are so cluttered for me  because of this!

That is strange - these empty notes did not appear before on the book details page. Back to the developer! When it is fixed, spurious empty notes associated with the 'I Want to Cook This' bookmark will be removed at the same time, so you can go ahead and add them without worrying about there being a clutter of these empty notes.
