This morning I read Lmocooks' review on a Smitten Kitchen recipe for Strawberry Cloud Cookies. She comments that the freeze-dried berries alone ran $5.00. I'm getting targeted advertising for home freeze dryers. As a single person living on a ranch in California with tons of productive gardens, I need all the help preserving the bounty that I can get. Has anyone bought a freezer dryer and would you recommend it?
