Hi,

Have received a PayPal confirmation that my membership payment of $30 was taken 3 days ago yet when I logged in this morning there is a banner saying my membership needs to be renewed. I originally selected 'auto-renew' and that's what it did last year.

I assume that that's an error?

According to our records you actually paid yesterday. It can take a day or two for membership records to be updated by PayPal, who process all our payments. For that reason we give five days "grace" before a membership expires and the member is locked out. If you ever find you are locked out because your Account did not update, please do contact us immediately and we can resolve it for you. It is better than you contact us at [email protected] about membership issues rather than posting on the Forum.
