I live near global market that sells a wide selection of flash frozen whole fish from all over the world. I am always tempted, but would really like to have some idea of what to do with what I buy. Does anyone know of a seafood cookbook that figures I don't know what to do with frozen whole fish? Every recipe I find assumes I am starting with either fresh filets or frozen ones. I need something that approaches fish the way _The Settlement Cookbook_ approached teaching new immigrants about American groceries. Suggestions anyone?
