I have added some issues of the regular Cook's Illustrated magazine to my Bookshelf. I have clicked the option to automatically add future issues, but this hasn't happened yet, I still have to add them manually. Can you please check on this.

I'm not sure why you are having that issue as everyone else is getting new issues automatically added to their Bookshelves - the September issue is on 1,249 Bookshelves right now. I checked on our server and you are not registered as subscribing for new issues to Cook's Illustrated.

This is the Help page on subscribing (on EYB). Once you have subscribed, go to any issue of Cook's Iluustrated and under the image you should see Subscribed with a blue button saying (Remove). You can see how it looks on this Help page on "How the unsubscribe to a magazine" (look at the second image).

Thanks for looking. I went to the magazine page and clicked Subscrie. I now see that I'm subscribed.

Weird that the "Automatically add future editions to my Bookshelf" checkbox on the Add to Bookshelf dialog didn't work. It worked for my other magazines.

HI JANE - I had an email conversation about this with you and Deborah a while back.  I told you I'd let you know if the problem continued.  When you add a single magazine issue and the box pops up asking if you'd like to add future issues, that definitely does not work.  You have to "subscribe" in order for future issues to be added.  I have been fiddling with my Kindle Unlimited magazine subscriptions lately so have been "testing" this and just haven't had a chance to alert you yet.

Thanks for the update. I will get our developers to look into this issue.
