Does anyone have recommendations for recipes that work well in Nordicware's cakelet pans? I have the skull cakelet pan and I'm looking for recipes that would work in the pan to make some fun Halloween-themed item. I've done both the spice cake that came with the pan (which is very good) and some stuffed pizzas.

I've wondered about adapting cupcake recipes or standard cake recipes for the pan size - will that work? Do I need to adjust oven temps if I'm changing the pan size? The cakelets are bigger than cupcakes - would it work to lower the temp and increase the bake time if using a cupcake recipe? 

Have you checked the Nordicware website for cakelet pan recipes?  I know that they have great recipes and instructions in their recipe section.  You could take a recipe for any of their cakelet pans and use it in your skull pan.
