It seems that the magazine-range feature described here doesn't exist if you're using the free version. This was pretty confusing, since it was one of the features I wanted to try out. Could the help be amended to mention this, or have the pop-up appear but be disabled, or something?

Hi Nathan -- If I'm understanding your question correctly, the reason you can't add a large range of issues is becuase each magazine issue counts as 1 of the 5 items you can add to your shelf with a free membership. That feature would generally be used by someone adding several months or years of a particular magazine to their bookshelf at once which would add up to many more than 5 issues. You don't have the option to automatically add new issues of a particular magazine to your shelf as a free member because that would quickly reach the limit of 5 as well. 

Sure, that makes sense as a feature limit, but the way it works now is just that the UI described in the help and tutorial fails to appear, which makes me think the site is broken, or wonder what else doesn't match up. Something needs to explain the limit at the point where a new user encounters it.
