I thought of a few suggestions/questions as I was searching through the forums looking to see if there was a place already established where I could post my original question, but couldn't easily find one.

I'm thinking it would be great to reorganize the forums under categories where similar issues/questions/topics would be. Also, is there a way to know what one's own recent comments were (or any, for that matter)? It's sometimes hard to figure out what topic I posted in to find any future comments/replies. I know it's possible to hit the box with the reply notification, but sometimes I forget to check that box so I have no way of knowing if anyone else posts there. It might also be helpful if it were possible to hit that box as an edit on a comment already made so if I do forget, I can correct it or add it.

My original question/comment:

When I go to the "My bookshelf" button at the top I get a pull down menu. I am wondering why there is no "blogs" or "Magazines" on that list as per the Library button. Instead, I have to hit the 'My bookshelf" button, wait for that page to laod and then hit the "blogs" link on that header bar. It seems a bit confusing and would be neater to be able to go immendiately to those links. Just wondering as it seems a little confusing. Thanks!

Some of these questions could be better addressed by Jane or Fiona, but two of them I can help you out with. First, even if you forget to tick the box for email notification of new posts on a forum thread, you can always go back to any topic, click "Options" on the upper right and then click "Watch this topic." You can do that even if it's a thread you haven't commented on, but would be interested in reading any new posts that might get written. Second, in order to find all of your own comments, you can click on "Search the forum," (also on the upper right) and type in your own username next to "Search for posts by member." By searching this way, all your own comments will come up with the most recent at the top of the list.

robinorig - Christine has answered your blog questions well so I will just answer your original question.  We have a new release of the site planned for the next couple of weeks and that will have what you requested - Magazines and Blogs will be part of the dropdown menu from My Bookshelf.
