Does anyone know of any books/resources that show how to maximise oven usage?
Being Easter there's lots of baking etc going on so would love to use the oven for multiple things at the same time. Saves time & money but is it as straight forward as just the temperature setting?
Thanks.

Don't know of any books but facing the same issue (with my Christmas baking) I have been exploring the use of project management programs. ProjectLibre looked like a good candidate until I discovered that it does not display at the hour level. Mermaid might prove to be better. But right now I am using spreadsheets to organise my baking and oven usage.

One sheet a day with rows that may be five, ten, 15 or 30 minutes apart with columns for each baked item (sometimes with some baked items needing more than one column). Although I haven't done it so far changing the colour of cells for mise en place, mixing, proving, baking, etc.

Meanwhile my search for a baker-friendly project management program continues.
