My internet connection went down while I was adding a note to Curried Beef Stew in Ken Hom’s Fragrant Harbor Taste. Not knowing that the connection was down, I hit the Add button numerous times. When the connection was back up, I tried to delete the extra ones but was not able to.

I think you may have a browser glitch after the other issues. Try clearing your browser cache/history and that should resolve it. I have now cleared your duplicate notes.
