I have a steam/combination oven. Whilst I have used many of the preprogramms and cooked a lot in there I still don't feel as if I am using it to full potential . Does anyone know of any books, magazines or blogs which might offer a few more recipes aimed at these ovens and their use.  Seems like there might be a big hole in the cookbook market...........

I have a similar interest, but related to speed ovens. Would love a suggested reference .

Hi vintagepaint - I discovered the blog Cookwise a while ago. The author Trudy writes from a perspective of an steam/combi oven user, often rejigging recipes for this wonderful new appliance.
