I have access to a large variety of yams and am wanting to try a fish and yam stew ... and would like to order a good cookbook from the region (Nigeria, Benin, Togo, etc.). I don't want to buy a book only to find that the recipes involve sweet potatoes, so would be grateful for recommendations. Thanks!
