Has anyone purchased How to Eatly? Just saw the book today and its kind of calling me. When we were in Italy last summer we did visit one of the stores. The store is somewhat controversial there because some feel that it is too much of a big business and edges out some of the more artisan food producers. So I'm wondering if the book is going to be more of a biased opinion on selecting ingredients etc.
