Hello Jane & Fiona,

I love the Bookmarks feature and have been making great use of it to assist me in categorizing my recipes, making note of recipes that worked and didn't, noting recipes I want to try and helping me plan my meals.  I'd be very interested in learning how others are using this feature as well.

I only have one item on my "Wishlist" for bookmarks, I think it would be really helpful if the recipe  "Ingredients" appeared in the Bookmark view.

I tend to plan my meals around my ingredients. For example I might do a search for "sweet Italian sausage".  I'll then scroll through the results and "Bookmark" all the recipes that peak my interest and put them into a "Sweet Italian Sausage" bookmark folder thus creating a shortlist of options that I can take a closer look at.  When I open that bookmark though, just the recipe name and cookbook info appear on the Bookmark list.  If I want to see the ingredient info, I have to click on the recipe and then hit the back button or "bookmarks" button to go back to my list.  As you know, even hitting back doesn't take you to the last Bookmark list you were looking at, you're taken back to the full Bookmark inventory.

If ingredients appeared in the individual Bookmark views, it would save a lot of time as you could then eyeball each of the recipes to see which appeals most/contains ingredients you have on hand or, print the list and let others take a look to weigh in on their preferences.

I hope I've explained this effectively...it all makes sense in my head!!  LOL!!  Thanks for considering this request.

Let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for this great feature.

Hi SueMmm,

Have you tried using the drop down 'show only recipes' on the grey bar in My Bookshelf?
It should let you filter recipes by bookmark list!
