    Sweet potato, apricot and date loaf: This is a delicious quick bread. Lovely with a cup of mint tea.

    Date Orange and Cinnamon Muffins- Delicious. Uses the whole orange, peel and all. Very moist and flavourful. A version of an old friend of a recipe that I had forgotten about. The cinnamon is a good addition.

    Sunflower seed, caraway, and date bread: I made this in the bread machine which made it easy. This bread has excellent flavor; I subbed some rye flour for some of the wheat as suggested in one of the recipe variations and it added a nice complexity. What a fantastic bread for toasting. Will definitely make again.
