    This book tells you everything you need to know about cooking outdoors. The author is an anthropologist, so there's a wealth of historical information to go with the recipes and cooking techniques. It's a great cookbook, but much more, and it covers everything from griddle breads to clam and lobster bakes. A wonderful gift for the serious outdoor cook.
