  • Seared pork chops with caramelized apples and onions

      A pretty plain and straightforward recipe. I used 1.5" bone-in chops. I ended up turning the caramelized onions and apples into a nice pan sauce with some sherry and cream. Not the same recipe, but we definitely preferred it a little fanicer.
