It’s considered a fact the majority of Americans enjoy eating chili. For the aficionado, chili is not soup nor is it stew, its chili and no other explanation is necessary. Because of its widespread appeal countless chili recipes exist. This cookbook is a compilation of some truly great chili recipes provided by cooks competing in the annual “GIS Day Chili Cook-Off” at Idaho State University.
