    p 91 Shrimp spring rolls. I broke it down a bit. Used cooked chicken instead of shrimp. Used rotini pasta already cooked, left out the sprouts and mint and spring wrappers and made a giant salad from the rest with spring greens. Love the dipping sauce which I used as a dressing. Book has lots of great ideas.
