Fruit and nut build-a-balls: Made a version without nuts - half dates (125g = 7), half dried apricots (125g = 12) with agave syrup and coated with half desiccated coconut and half cocoa powder. Pleasantly surprised how well the fruit processed. Very easy. Made 10. DH and I liked but 4yo did not.
