    P. 60 -- GRIDDLE PAN WAFFLE WITH ORANGE & RHUBARB COMPOTE -- Only made the waffles from this recipe, and made them in a waffle maker. Bit on the fence about this one. The waffles came out really light and fluffy, were nice when eaten immediately, albeit a bit bland and ultimately insubstantial. They weren't great as leftovers. Probably won't repeat...

    P. 115 SWEET & SPICY PEANUT NOODLE SALAD -- We enjoyed this salad, though DH had his portion warmed up (doesn't like cold noodle salads). Both versions tasted great. Lots of dressing left to use up with another dish. Would make again.

    P. 76 ONE-POT LENTIL CHILLI -- Don’t skip the red chilli. Slightly bland dish, but easy on the gut.

pg 204 RHUBARB AND POLENTA CAKE A moist cake which was happily devoured by family members. I also served this with coconut yoghurt as a dessert the following day.

pg 115 SWEET AND SPICY PEANUT NOODLE SALAD I am so pleased that I was able to find gluten free soba noodles in my local wholefood store. Until recently this was not the case. This recipe caught my eye and so I was very excited to try it. A fantastic lunch recipe which my husband enjoyed at work. I will be making this again as it was full of flavour and texture.

pg 57 Tropical Overnight Bircher Made this using other fruits that were in season. Very nice. pg 115 Sweet & Spicy peanut Noodle salad. This was really delicious but I used brown rice noodles instead as unable to find gluten free soba noodles in my local area. My 12yr old enjoyed this to take to school for his lunch too.
