It has wonderful illustrations and easy to follow directions. This book was used all the time to demonstrate proper kitchen safety with the guidance provided in the book, as well as learning how to halve or double recipes with the measuring reference. The little comments by the cat and dog duo are charming and add a wonderful personal touch to the recipes. (amazon customer)
