  Really simple recipe that doesn't take much time, and is filling. If in a pinch I'd easily make again.
Coconut milk tapioca pudding

  The "canned" taste and smell of the coconut milk was just too overpowering. I plan to try this recipe again but will use homemade coconut milk instead.
