    My family are not gluten free however I saw enough interesting recipes with the quick flick through at the book store to pique my interest. Having now sat down to flag recipes to try I am amazed to see that a large majority of the recipes are something that I want to try. In fact this is one of the most surprising and exciting cookbooks I have bought in a while. The labelling of Gluten Free in the title really doesn't do this book justice as there is a very family friendly healthy focus to the recipes, that just happen to be gluten free. I also love that the author has drawn from her Greek heritage and also incorporated some of our multicultural Australian roots with these recipes. I hope the recipes cook up as well as they read because it will be a cracker of a book if they do
