P52 - Apple, courgette and cheese quesadillas. A surprise hit! Even the 9yo liked. Very cheesy! And only used 1/2 an apple, not a whole one. Was enough for two large wraps and three mini ones.

P166 - Peanut butter and banana flapjacks. Pretty quick to make. Came out very crumbly. As predicted not very sweet, but is helped by addition of chocolate drizzle on top. 7yo initially didn't like because finds them too coconutty, but will now eat them cut up into tiny squares (1x1cm!). DH likes. Not sure if I'd make again.
