      Great recipe for a quick and tasty chicken. The pan juices are delicious!

      These cook at the same temp and same time as the chicken diavalo so a perfect pairing from this book. The potatoes are delicious and carry the flavours really well. Next time I will add the capers for the last 10 minutes because they got a bit lost.
