      Since I only made half a recipe, I should rename mine to five-garlic-clove focaccia. It was only okay for me, somewhat bland.

      This is really good. I did NOT add the optional sugar and it definitely didn't need it - the layer of onion added plenty of sweetness. The pastry is very crisp and after sitting for about 10 minutes, it cut reasonably neatly.
