      Yum! Another great cauliflower salad from Ottolenghi. I didn’t cook the onion separately, I just roasted it with the cauliflower. If I made it again I’d add a bit more oil or decrease the chilli paste/flakes.

      Added Jimmy Nardello peppers to the roast, topped with mint in addition to the cilantro, and substituted agave syrup instead of honey. This was super flavorful and easy.

  • Satay sauce roast aubergine

      Very good, I really like this way of cutting up the aubergines. Quite a rich sauce so needs a simple side of rice and maybe some lime to cut through.
