      Very good recipe - I’ll absolutely make this again. I made 1/2 this recipe and it was still a huge amount. Next time I might cut back to 1/4 of this recipe. I chopped up bread & butter pickles to substitute for the relish. I like my potato salad to be big chunks, so I diced the cooked potatoes & didn’t use a potato masher as suggested in the recipe.
