    Hands down the best methods for vegan cakes. No one else comes close.

    Gingerbread - A friend gave me this recipe after I tried her cookies. They come out great, although the recipe uses a lot of sugar. Also, it makes a massive amount, even after halving the quantities. I will make these again though for a "build your own gingerbread house" kids party.
