Twice a year this Spanish-English bilingual magazine pays tribute to some of the world’s greatest chefs, with profiles and a wealth of photos of their plated food. Among those featured in this issue are Andoni Luis Aduriz of Mugaritz and Roberto Ruiz of Punto MX, both in Spain; Fernando Rivarola of El Boqueano in Argentina; Kamilla Seidler of Gustu in Bolivia; and Pablo Salas of Amaranta in Mexico. As in every issue, the photography is gorgeous and inspiring.
