  • Chocolate, miso and banana mug cakes

      Really nice! Halved dose to make in two small mugs. Cooked for 2mins at 750w, which worked well. I used coconut oil also to lightly oil the mug and skipped the baking paper. I added only a tiny bit of red miso as I didn't have the white one. I could probably use the full amount of batter in 3 small mugs (200ml ones). Next time I'll try reducing the sugar.

      Tasty, although pretty fruity and sweet. I didn't want a 2nd one. Mine was more orange than pink in color, due to the passion fruit liqueur.
