  • Lemongrass meatballs in a coconut sauce

      Really delicious! Very light, well-seasoned meatballs and a lovely thin, tangy sauce. The picture is deceptive - the beans are cooked in with the meatballs. I baked the meatballs instead of browning them in the pan. I thought the recipe might need some green chilli in the meatballs, but the black pepper provides a nice warmth.

      Lovely combination of flavours. The given quantity of rose water makes for a very fragrant cake though, so you may wish to dial back a bit.
