  Great! Works well with six chicken thighs and half the remaining ingredients. Easy to prep and fuss-free to bake--a definite keeper for busy weeknight dinners.
White bean turkey chili

  I swapped ground beef for turkey and used black and pinto beans instead of white beans, as it was what I had on hand. Good recipe. Reminds me of my taco soup.
