      Tasted a bit like samosa filling. I used chaat masala to season the potato mixture rather than garam masala. We both enjoyed this easy dinner. To save time, I skipped the blended cashew sauce and used sour cream combined with lime juice. I would make this again.

      not terrible but quite bland. I ended up added liquid seasoning, nooch, and soy sauce which helped

      these are really nice and not as much effort as i thought! The oat base was a bit of faff but could use digestives instead
